Runners & Hikers, apply a light layer of Magnolia Body Oil to the lower legs and use the Gua Sha to scrape from ankle to knee over the anterior tibialis (side of the shin bone), achilles tendon, and calves, being careful to avoid bone, after your run to prevent injury.

Computer Users, apply a light layer of Magnolia Body Oil to the forearms and use the Gua Sha to scrape from the wrist to the elbow on the inner and outter arms, being careful to avoid bone, after work to keep the shoulders, hands and wrists happy.
