Warm Herbal Tea
When your old ginger tea just isn't enough. This tea has three herbs from the ginger family and sichuan peppercorns to give it a spicy and warming feeling that permeates the body.

Ingredients
Gan Jiang - dried ginger to warm the digestion
Gao Liang Jiang - galangal to warm the digestion
Jiang Huang - turmeric to warm the extremities
Chuan Jiao - sichuan pepper seed to add a note of spiciness
Instructions
TEA - (each bag can be steeped three times with this method)
Pour 8oz boiling water over tea bag
Steep 6 minutes or more
Enjoy
STRONG TEA - (each bag can be used one time with this method)
Place one bag in pot with 12oz water
Bring to a boil
Simmer until 6oz remain
Enjoy
SOUP/BONE BROTH
Simmer 2-3 bags in 8 cups liquid for 30 minutes or more
