For current “time of service” payment rates, please visit our online booking site.
Please contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment to clarify what your insurance plan will cover, if preauthorization is required, and how many treatments may be covered.
We do not know what your plan will cover, and you are responsible for all non-covered charges.
Our providers are currently in network with United HealthCare, Tufts, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Neighborhood Health Plan.
Insurance does not cover Herbal Medicine, Massage Therapy, Wellness Acupuncture, Acupuncture in a Soundbath, and Cosmetic Acupuncture treatments. Flex spending or HSA accounts may be used for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand and as a courtesy to our doctors, providers, and other patients, we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation and rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours and No Shows will be charged the full fee of the scheduled visit to the credit card on file.
