Our mPulse sauna by Sunlighten is a full spectrum infrared sauna recommended by doctors that offers seven health promoting, purifying programs. Choose from one of these programs for your sauna session at the time of your visit. All sauna sessions are private. Our sauna is for single person use only. We require all sauna users to wear a swimsuit or other athletic clothing you don't mind getting sweaty. At Emerging Energy, we provide towels, cool washcloths and a replenishing electrolyte beverage of your choice for use post sauna.
